When are residual fee payments due?

Commercial residuals are required to be postmarked within 15 working days from the first use of each cycle. In the above example, if the commercial was used for the first time on June 8, 2007, then the commercial residual cycle payment must be postmarked within 15 working days from the day of the first use, or by June 29, 2007. The next residual payment for this particular type of use would be made every 3 months.
