Los Angeles (September 21, 2010) - Screen Actors Guild today announced election results for the Hawaii Branch elections.
Candidate elected from the Hawaii Branch include:
Katherine Cleveland, Council Member at Large, three year term
The member elected as Council Member at Large was also elected as Alternate National Director who may be called upon to serve at National Board Meetings when the National Board member from Hawaii Branch is unavailable to attend.
Screen Actors Guild and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists are pleased to announce the beginning of the Joint Wages & Working Conditions (W&W) process in preparation for negotiation of the SAG TV/Theatrical and AFTRA Exhibit A Contract. This contract will expire on June 30, 2011, and early negotiations are scheduled to commence in September or October 2010.
It has come to our attention that members (performers) are not providing the acceptable I-9 documents required for employment. These documents are mandatory prior to employment.
Be prepared to bring with you the acceptable I-9 documents for work when you are hired.
