Los Angeles (October 22, 2011) – The Screen Actors Guild National Board of Directors met in a regularly scheduled plenary meeting on October 22, in the James Cagney Board Room at the Guild’s Los Angeles headquarters.
The meeting began with a moment of silence in honor of members who have passed away since the last meeting. The board received reports from operational departments, committees and task forces including:

Los Angeles (August 4, 2011) – Screen Actors Guild today released the official list of candidates for its upcoming national officer and national board elections. National president and national secretary-treasurer positions are up for election, both of which carry two-year terms. Approximately 1/3 of the total 69 national board seats are open for election this year.
National Board Establishes SAG Portion of the Joint SAG/AFTRA Industrial and Education Contract
Los Angeles, (October 24, 2010) - Screen Actors Guild National Board of Directors met in a regularly scheduled, two-day plenary October 23 and 24, in the James Cagney Boardroom at SAG headquarters in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles (September 23, 2010)—Screen Actors Guild today announced elections results for the Guild’s National Board of Directors. Twenty-seven (27) of the 69 National Board seats were open for election this year, representing Screen Actors Guild’s Hollywood, New York and Regional Branch Divisions. The newly elected National Board members will assume office on September 25.
