Actor Bio
Maggie Fine was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As a senior in High School, she was one of 50 students nationwide to be accepted to The Goodman School of Drama (DePaul University) in Chicago to earn her B.F.A in Acting. While earning her degree, Maggie had the opportunity to perform professionally at the legendary Steppenwolf Theater in Tina Landau's production of Time of Your Life, and in the premiere of Blue Surge at the Goodman Theater, directed by Robert Falls. Since graduation Maggie has performed in theaters across the nation including Jason Alexander's production of Sam Shepard's God of Hell at The Geffen Theater in Los Angeles and Playwrights Horizons in New York. It was in New York that Maggie began producing as well as acting and she earned her first producer credit on the hit Broadway Musical XANADU, which was nominated for a Tony for Best Musical in 2007. Maggie has most recently been pursuing work in the film industry as both a producer and an actress. Recent acting credits include HOBBS MIRACLE REVIVAL which she adapted from an Ernest Hemingway short story, FISH OUT OF WATER, and the television series BREAKING BAD and IN PLAIN SIGHT.
