Actor Bio
He has a passion for all things in the Entertainment industry and has performed and produced creative work since he was little, whether it be acting, dancing, singing, writing, kung fu, choreographing, spoken-word, performance art, drawing, sound design, comic book color separations, or photography. He was born in Hong Kong, and was raised in Connecticut. He attended the 'Academy of the Arts' as a dance major and was a member of 'Oddfellows Playhouse' and 'Looking In Theater' troupes and the performance group "Fiesta." In the 1990s he became a founder and choreographer of performance groups such as C-Cubed and Power Surge. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BFA in Acting in 2004 where he studied Stanislavski, Absurdism, Contemporary Classics, Greeks, and Shakespeare. At UConn, he also trained in Suzuki acting techniques under Eric Hill. He moved to New York City in May of 2005 and pursued acting full-time September of 2005. He has been a member of SAG since December 2005 and has since been in a number of projects including a lead role in the pilot "J.V." and plays "Wo Dzai," and "Auntie Mayhem." |
