SAG and AFTRA Announce SAG TV/Theatrical and AFTRA Exhibit A Joint Contract Caucuses

To Be Held in New York

All SAG and AFTRA members who work the SAG TV/Theatrical and AFTRA Exhibit A Contracts are invited to attend these caucuses. These contracts expire on June 30, 2011.  The Caucuses are open to all paid-up members and participation will be limited only by fire rules. Come early and bring your membership card. 
                                      
Caucuses Scheduled in New York To Be Held At:
SAG’s Leon Janney Board Room on the 14th floor at 360 Madison Avenue or AFTRA’s Eddie Cantor Board Room on the 7th floor at 260 Madison Avenue.

Thursday, June 17, 6:00-8:00 p.m. SAG’s Leon Janney Board Room.

Monday, June 21, 6-8 p.m. AFTRA’s Eddie Cantor Board Room.
TOPIC: ON-CAMERA PRINCIPAL PERFORMERS

Tuesday, June 22, 6-8 p.m. SAG’s Leon Janney Board Room.
TOPIC: STUNT PERFORMERS

Thursday, June 24, 6-8 p.m. SAG’s Leon Janney Board Room.

If you cannot attend, make sure your voice is heard. You may submit proposal recommendations by e-mail at: wandw2010@sag.org or wandw2010@aftra.com. The Joint Wages and Working Conditions Committee will review all recommendations.

You may also submit your ideas through the on-site suggestion boxes at SAG and AFTRA: SAG members may use the suggestion box available in the Committees office on the 12th floor of SAG’s New York office, 360 Madison Avenue, in New York. AFTRA members may use the suggestion box available in the 7th Floor Membership Department at the AFTRA office at 260 Madison Avenue .
