FORMS TO REQUEST SERVICE ON SAG NATIONAL AND LOCAL COMMITTEES

Interested in serving your Union? You must meet these eligibility requirements:

All National and Local Committee members must be active, paid-up members of Screen Actors Guild to serve and participate in meetings.

Dues delinquent members will not be eligible to serve or participate in meetings until dues have been fully paid.

Local Committees require that you be a member of the Division or Branch (e.g. Hollywood, New York, Chicago)

Other committees may require that you also serve as a National Board member or have served actively on a committee for two years before applying.

Certain New York Local committees may require that you complete a questionnaire, be interviewed or provide a formal letter detailing years of SAG membership, experience and reasons for joining.

If you are eligible and would like to serve on a committee, please complete the appropriate Committee Service Request Form for your Division and return it to the Committee Office via email, fax, mail or in person.
