Hollywood Roundtable Meeting

ATTEND A ROUND TABLE MEETING FOR POLICY OF NON-DISCRIMINATION AND DIVERSITY

SAG and AFTRA members are invited to attend a special Round Table Meeting to review the Producer-Screen Actors Guild’s Policy on Non-Discrimination and Diversity in the Codified Basic Agreement and Television Agreement and AFTRA’s Policy of Non-Discrimination/Affirmative Action in Exhibit A of AFTRA Network TV Code. The non-discrimination policies are mostly identical for both unions. Meetings are open to all paid-up SAG and AFTRA members. Come early and bring your membership card.

All members who work the SAG TV/Theatrical Contracts and AFTRA’s Exhibit A are invited to attend and participate. We especially encourage performers from protected categories to attend. It is necessary for the voices of women, seniors, performers of color, performers with disabilities, and the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) communities to be heard.

This special meeting is open to all paid-up members; participation is limited only by fire department regulations. Please note that this is a round table meeting only. Proposals must be presented at one of the scheduled W&W Conditions Committee Meetings.

AFTRA members may use suggestion boxes available in the 9th Floor Membership Department at the AFTRA office at 5757 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.
